Product Description
Function Introduction
The gas content in the coal bed is a key baseline parameter for gas control and coal bed methane recovery, which determines the size of the gas leakage and gas content in the mine, and is an important indicator for forecasting and assessing the risk of drilling and for achieving extraction standards. It is also an important indicator for predicting and assessing the risk of proliferation and achieving production standards. The direct method is adopted as the standard method for determining the gas content in the national standard.
The CWH-F rapid gas determination system uses a direct method of gas determination using a single-crystal ARM computer system, high-precision sensors and a newly developed underground crusher to crush coal samples directly underground and simultaneously determine the gas content, without the need for manual readings, and rapid determination of the gas content in the coal layer, the amount of gas losses, the desorption of the residual gas and the amount of non-desorption in the field under the coal layer. The system can be used in mine fence, stone door opening fence and other areas.
The system is a scratch-proof equipment for use in the mining industry, distinguished by portability, speed and high accuracy, has passed metrological calibration. The system consists of an underground instrument for rapid measurement of gas content in coal layers, an underground crusher, top computer software and accessories. The system conforms to GB/T23250-2009, A01046-2007 standards.
